I am experiencing connection issues
Whether you're experiencing disconnects or something else, in most cases these issues are related to weak/unstable connection, so first of all, please check the general troubleshooting tips to help improve your experience:
- Restart your device and Wi-Fi router if you're connected to Wi-Fi.
- Try switching between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi frequency bands and check if there is any difference.
- There can be a lot of interference from other nearby networks, so changing your wireless channel can limit that and make your wireless connection more stable.
- Make sure your connection is stable. Networks get overloaded and may experience issues sometimes causing intermittent connection regardless of what the indicator shows. It's especially noticeable when you're playing on-the-go.
- Try connecting to another network if possible.
- Using Bluetooth headphones may interfere with your connection if they operate on the same frequency band as your Wi-Fi router (e.g., 2.4 GHz).
