How do I submit a request to Support Team?
On the home page, please select the Category that best matches your issue to submit a request. Then, open the article that best describes the problem you are experiencing or is relevant to your question.
Please read the article carefully — it may help you resolve the issue on your own. If you still need assistance from one of our support agents, select “Create a ticket” in the article.
If none of the articles seem relevant, return to the home page, choose the most suitable Category, scroll down to “My issue is not listed”, and use the “Create a ticket” button on that page.
We kindly ask that you do not submit multiple identical requests from different sections of the Help Center, as this may result in longer response times for all players.
