I have a negative balance of Au (Gold) and/or other resources
When a purchase credited to player's game account gets refunded, we receive a status update from the respective store/service. The system then automatically removes either contents of the refunded purchase or a sum of Au units equivalent to the value of the content of that purchase from the game account. Consequently, a player may end up with their in-game currency balance turning negative. We strongly advise to contact us first concerning refund requests or any issues with purchases to avoid such situations from occurring. If the purchased content has not been used, please create a support request. If the purchased content has been used, the only way to restore your account balance is to earn Au and other resources on your own, or to purchase enough currency in the in-game store. ℹ️ NOTE: You can get a negative balance of Power Cells or Au if you leave a battle before it ends. All resources are debited and credited only after the end of each battle and all statistics are calculated. So if you leave a battle before it ends and immediately start a new one, you will be able to use the already spent, but not yet decommissioned Power Cells or Au again and eventually go into negative.
