If you believe you encountered a bug while playing War Robots, please report it by contacting us: select an appropriate type of your request when submitting a ticket. Don't forget to add any screenshots/video along with a detailed description of the bug:

• What exactly makes it a bug?;
• Steps to reproduce the bug;
• Frequency of its occurrence;
• Time and date of the incident specifying your time zone. 

In case you're going to fill a ticket by e-mail, please add the following as well:

• Your game id;
• Your device model (or specs if you're playing on PC);
• Operating system of your device;
• Whether your device is jailbroken or rooted;
• Whether you're playing on an emulator or not.

If the issue is easily reproducible, it would be super helpful if you could show what bug it is in a custom game and make a video recording of it.
