Can I change an e-mail I used to link my game account?

Please note that game accounts are linked to platform-specific services (such as Google Play or Game Center) and/or a MY.GAMES account via Server Authorization.
Our support team does not have access to the credentials associated with these services and therefore cannot view or verify which email address was used to link an account.

If you would like to change the service account used to save your progress, please submit a request from this article and include the following information:

  • Approximate date and place of creation of the game account (country, city)
  • Screenshots of the most recent purchase confirmations (if any in-app purchases were made). These are usually available in the purchase history of your platform/service account. If that’s not possible, please provide any other relevant proof of payment.
  • Devices used to play the game
  • Previous nicknames used on the account
