This guide will help you restore a lost War Robots account on your own, provided that you are not switching to a new device with a different operating system (OS).

 

ℹ️ NOTE: Depending on the store from which you downloaded the game — only server authorization method may be available to you

 

On Android devices, War Robots progress is saved via Google Play Games and MY.GAMES ID game service networks. If your game profile was linked to your Google Play Games profile or MY.GAMES account before the loss, you can recover it by logging into the correct Google Play Games or MY.GAMES account (the one you linked your game account to).

For Server authorization (MY.GAMES account):

1. Launch the War Robots App and proceed to the in-game Settings menu;
2. In the "General" tab scroll down to the "Authentication" section, then tap "Switch Account";
3. Choose the server authorization method you used previously and log in to the My.Games account;
4. If your game account was linked to the same MY.GAMES account prior to the loss, you’ll be prompted to load your progress. 

For Google play Games:

1. Switch to the required Google Play Games profile. You can do that by either long-pressing the War Robots app icon or by using your device settings (an instruction on how to switch Play Games profiles on mobile can be found here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/14754238?hl=en);
2. Launch the War Robots App and proceed to the in-game Settings (⚙️) menu;
3. In the "Authentication" section, tap "Switch account" and select "Google Play Games";
4. If your game account was linked to the same Google Play Profile prior to the loss, you’ll be prompted to load your progress. 

I still can’t do it.

If that didn’t work, you either logged in with a different Google or MY.GAMES account or your profile wasn't linked to a service network account. 

We’ll do our best to help you out. Please submit a request below and provide the following information so that we could locate the lost game account.

1. The exact nickname and/or your in-game ID (six digit ID from the game menu) of the lost profile;
2. Platform of your device (iOS/Android/Amazon/Steam/MGLauncher). If you’re trying to transfer your progress from one platform to another, it’s not currently possible;
3. The approximate date of account creation;
4. The approximate date of progress loss;
5. Device(s) used to play War Robots;
6. Your hangar level and number of unlocked slots;
7. The approximate amount of your resources (Ag, Au, Keys, etc.) and your hangar setups (a few robots and their equipment, pilots, modules and their levels);
8. A few receipts of your purchases made on the lost profile if there were any.
