Why do I have a Ban Message on the MY.GAMES Launcher?

You will receive this message under the following conditions:

  - It may be caused by a request a refund you have initiated and you now need to regulate your situation with support. Consist in removing the refunded goods from your character.
  - You may have been a victim of duplicate transaction incident and need to regulate your situation with support. Consist in removing the goods from your character.

  - You may have been a victim of a failed verification of transaction that results in shipping the goods to you but not billing you and need to regulate your situation with support.

  - The account is flagged as Gold Seller by routine check.
  - You have been involved in a transaction with Gold Seller and you need to regulate your situation with support.
  - You may have been a victim of duplicate transaction incident and need to regulate your situation with support.


Why my account is Gaged (Muted)?

We're not tolerating offensive and inappropriate behavior in the chat, due to this reason your account might get muted.

Here is the shortlist of reasons why your account can be muted:

  - Insulting any member of the community, employees, or groups of people in-game and externally.
  - Using language that is crude, offensive, or pornographic in nature.
  - Referring inappropriately to human anatomy or bodily functions.
  - Promoting racial, ethnic, or national hatred.
  - Using a racial, ethnic, or national slur.
  - Alluding to symbols of racial, ethnic, or national hatred.
  - Malicious references to factions and events of major conflicts of the 20th and 21st centuries.
