- Click the “Forgot your password?” to reset the password for the account.

- Enter the appropriate Email address or Mobile phone number belonging to the account and click Send.

You will then receive an email or text message from My.games with a temporary password.

Note: if you selected to have the notification sent to your Email address, please check both the Inbox and Spam folder.

- Enter the Reset Code column along with your new password then click Change.

 You are now complete! The final notification will be sent by Email or SMS to confirm the password was successfully changed.
