Web Market: What do I do if the purchase hasn't been credited to my account? (Steam)
Please note that a delay may occur when processing your order. As such, no need to worry if you've made a purchase, but haven't received its contents in the game right away. It's highly likely that the purchase is going to be credited to your game account a bit later. If the purchase contents are not credited to your game account within 24 hours, but your order is displayed in the "History" tab on the Market page, please contact War Robots support team via the following email address: wr_steam@pixonic.com and include the following information in your email: data and time of when the purchase was made (including the time zone you're in), order ID (displayed in the "History" tab), and name of the purchased item.
