I didn't receive my purchase
If you have made an in-game purchase and the items/currency have not appeared, don't worry. In most cases orders are delivered right away; unfortunately, sometimes there may be a delay meaning that the order is still being processed. So, chances are high that your order will be delivered to you within 24 hours. Nevertheless, if you haven't received your purchase made more than 24 hours ago, please kindly contact our support team via Zendesk using "Submit a Request" button in the upper-right hand corner of the screen and send us the following information:
- your in-game player ID;
- your My.Games ID (you can find it in you Profile settings => Security => ID);
- a screenshot of the purchase confirmation.
