We use two separate Report processes for reporting content and behaviour: one for Illegal Content and one for Unacceptable Content. When submitting a Report, you will need to choose whether your Report concerns Illegal Content or Unacceptable Content.

Choose Illegal Content if you believe the reported content may violate applicable law, for example, certain threats of violence, terrorist content, child sexual abuse material, fraud or content that unlawfully infringes intellectual property rights.

Choose Unacceptable Content if you believe the reported content or behaviour violates our EULA, Game Rules, Forum Rules or other applicable rules or policies, for example, rude or abusive language, spam, cheating, offensive nicknames.

Just provide the information available to you. We will determine how the report should be handled under our EULA, Game Rules, Forum Rules, other applicable rules or policies, and applicable law.

Choosing the wrong option will not affect the review: if a report of Unacceptable Content concerns content that may be illegal, we will handle it as a report of Illegal Content.
