Once we receive your report, we will review the reported content or behaviour in accordance with our rules and applicable law. Where required and where we have your contact details, we will send you a confirmation of receipt.

Depending on the report and the applicable requirements, the review may involve automated tools and/or review by our moderation or support staff. If we determine that the content is illegal, unacceptable or otherwise violates our rules, we may, for example, remove or hide it, rename a character or clan, restrict communication features, or restrict or suspend an account. Where required by applicable law, we will inform you of our decision, the use of automated means and the available means of redress.
