If you disagree with our decision, you can ask us to review it again. Appeals are free, and you can submit one within 6 months of being informed of the decision.

You can appeal if:

• We removed, hid or restricted your content, renamed your character or clan, or restricted, suspended or banned your account, or applied another restrictive measure to you;
• You reported content to us and disagree with what we decided, including a decision not to take action.

To appeal:

1. Specify your account ID or nickname and, if you have it, the reference number from our message.
2. Explain why you think the decision was wrong and attach any supporting information.

Every appeal is reviewed by a member of our team, not only by an automated system. If we find that the decision was wrong, we will reverse it without delay: for example, we will restore your content or account and, where possible, any items or currency removed as a result.

UK users can also complain if they believe we are not complying with our duties under the UK Online Safety Act
