How to restore my lost game account?

Please follow the instructions depending on the platform of the device which your lost account was created on:

For Android users

  1. Add your Google account in your device settings (Settings → Accounts → Add account → Google).
  2. Launch the game.
  3. Open Settings in the game, Other tab.
  4. Press Sign In near Google Play Account.

For iOS users

  1. Open the Game Center settings on your device (Settings → Game Center).
  2. Log in using the Apple ID and password from the Game Center account your game is bound to.
  3. Launch the game.

If you are unable to restore your progress or downloaded the game from Samsung Store/MGLauncher, please contact the customer support.
