• List models of the devices, which your lost account was used on (for example, Samsung Galaxy S4, iPhone 4 etc., personal computer).
• Specify whether you have access to the device, which your lost account was created on.
• Submit the name of the clan, if you were in one.
• State the approximate date of the last successful login with your old account.
