Some levels can indeed be more challenging than others, but they are possible to complete — we check levels to make sure they can be passed.

Try restarting the game or your device and giving the level a few more attempts. The sequence of guests and orders may vary, so you may get a more favorable combination in one of your next tries.

We also recommend:

• if the hotel has a special room, try to place as many guests there as possible, as it can help you earn more coins;
• whenever possible, place guests in rooms that match their color;
• try to complete orders on time to maximize your earnings.
