What should I do if I didn’t receive a reward for completing tasks in the Bank menu?
Open the Offers menu by tapping the Free button in the game’s Bank menu.

Then:

• tap the menu in the top-left corner;
• select Reward Status;
• fill out the feedback form for the relevant offer.

This will allow you to contact the support team and check the status of your reward for the completed tasks.
