If you suspect that you have encountered cheating or exploits during Territory Wars, please report it to our Support team. In order for us to perform a thorough investigation, please provide us with: 

• Server on which the situation occurred;
• Date & time (including timezone) of the Territory War;
• Names of the attacking / defending House(s) and Alliance(s);
• Fief name.

Please attach the following un-edited screenshots to your report:

• Screenshots of the Fief (open-world) listing the Houses. Each House in Defence, Attack and Ruling should be listed as a separate screenshot. House names must be visible.
• Screenshot of the Fief (open-world) showing only 1 (or a few) is in Attack whereas a larger amount of people are in Defence.
• Screenshot of the Fief History from the fief information menu, that provides information that “On year X, Fief was captured by HOUSENAME”.
• Screenshot showing the players that are currently in the battle (Attackers and Defenders loading screen showing list of names).

We would also appreciate if you can provide us with video footage of the incident.
