I Cannot Find My Character

In Conqueror’s Blade your character and its progress is directly linked to your account and the server you have created the character on. There might be several reasons why you cannot find your character:

You connected to a different server
Sometimes, especially after maintenance, servers can switch positions, so it is always worth to check if you are on the right one.

You logged in with a different account
If you have multiple accounts, double check which account you logged into. Remember to always start the game via the MY.GAMES Launcher (if you login via email or social media) or via the Steam library (if you created your account using Steam).

Your server has been merged with another server since your last login
Occasionally we will change the server set-up to ensure optimal matchmaking. If it has been a while since you last played Conqueror’s Blade, have a look at our past news, to see if a server merge happened (or simply check each server for your character).

How to go to a different server:

  1. If you are already on the character selection screen, click on the small “back” arrow in the bottom right, else start with step 2.
  2. Click the frame above the “connect” button that shows your current server name.
  3. Choose the server you want to login to.

If you still can’t find your character, make sure to contact us using the affected account and let us know the name and server of the character you are looking for.
