You can keep track of your health on the health bar located at the top-left side of the screen. The right combination of your chosen abilities will help you to stay strong while fighting infected. There is also a chance that a defeated zombie will drop an aid kit during battle, which will be a significant boost to your health. Note that your health level is not restored when you move to the next stage.
