Can I refund a purchase?

Items and resources purchased through in-app purchases in our game are generally non-refundable. While exceptions may apply in certain cases, we are typically unable to approve a refund if the purchased items or resources have already been used, upgraded, or spent in battles.

To see if your purchase qualifies for a refund, please submit a request below.

Please make sure to provide a screenshot of the purchase confirmation along with your message. 
Purchase confirmations (e-receipts) can usually be found in the purchase history of your platform or service account. If the purchase history is not available to you, please attach a screenshot of the corresponding bank transaction or any other relevant proof of purchase.
