How to regain access to your MY.GAMES account

If you're having troubles remembering your email address or the mobile phone number that was registered to your account, please create a new account and contact Support.

  • Your MY.GAMES name,
  • Your forum nickname,
  • Your gender,
  • Your date of birth,
  • The date of account creation,
  • A list of possible e-mail addresses with which the account may be registered,
  • The names, classes, and level of all characters on your account (including deleted characters),
  • Payment methods and amounts (if any) that were used to authorize payments to your account,
  • A list of all the locations and internet providers from which you accessed your account since your registration,
  • A list of possible other MY.GAMES accounts created by you.
