I'm experiencing a problem while making a payment.

  • The nickname/email address belonging to your account
  • Payment method (e.g. PaySafeCard, PayPal)
  • Date and time of the payment (as close or accurate as possible)
  • Transaction ID (PaySafeCard, PayPal, online bank transfer)
  • Payment email address (PayPal)
  • Invoice number or receipt number (PayPal)
  • Name and surname of the card holder
  • The total payment amount

If you see errors while using any of our payment methods, please provide us with a screenshot that displays the web address and the error message itself.
