How do I report a problem while paying via PayPal?

To help resolve any difficulties you’ve experienced while making a purchase via PayPal, please contact our Customer Support team with the following information:

  • The MY.GAMES account associated with the payment
  • The date and time that the problem occurred
  • The amount of the purchase, and/or the name of the package
  • Any codes or any error messages received
  • Did you receive any items or goods when the transaction was declined and automatically refunded?
  • Was your account suspended after the payment was declined and automatically refunded?
