When you obtain a chest, it will be stored in the “Your Chests” section, placed in the upper part of either the “Chests” or “Inventory” sections:

If you cannot find your recently purchased chests, try the following:

• Check that you are in the correct game shop that the chest was obtained from (for example: Skyforge, or Warface).
• Refresh the page.
• If you have multiple chests already stored in “Your Chests”, you’ll need to expand this the section by clicking “Show All”:
