I am unable to activate and transfer items from “Inventory”.

You might encounter this problem if the activation process is taking more time than usual (up to 15 minutes) to deliver the item. In this case, the item will remain within the “Inventory” section, and the activation button will display “Processing” until finalized.

If the item remains stuck in the “Inventory” section after 15 minutes, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
