If you have bought an item in the auction in the game you will receive it automatically after the offer ends via game mail into your mailbox. If you don’t remove the item it will expire after a certain period of time:

Unopened letters and parcels expire after 30 days in the post and will be deleted.

Opened letters and parcels will already expire after three days and will also be deleted including all items they contain.

Please check your mail as soon as you have won an item in the auction and take out the item. If letters or parcels have already expired, this is NOT AN ERROR. However, you can use the item retrieval premium service.

If you haven’t received an item at the end of the auction automatically but your money has been removed, please contact support and provide the following information:

Date and time of the auction
Nickname of the seller
Item name (exact) and amount
Screenshot of the letter (if available)
