I Got Charged Multiple Times for the Same Order

While we understand unforeseen technical issues can often arise, we'd like to share some helpful tips to prevent common problems from happening to you:

  • Do not try to repeat the payment until the items have been delivered to your account.
  • Do not try to repeat an order on the payment page (hosted by the payment system). Instead, go back to our own website and place a new order.
  • Do not refresh the payment page until the operation is complete.
  • Please allow time for the transaction to process within our systems. It's possible our systems have received the order but are experiencing a delay with the crediting process.
