I Would Like to Request a Refund

If you have purchased the game in another store like Steam, please contact their support regarding a refund.

If you have bought the game in the MY.GAMES store or from the Blast Brigade website (Steam key), please continue with your request, providing the information below:

  1. The reason for your refund,
  2. The name of the item/package,
  3. The billing/payment information associated with the transaction,
  4. Approval to remove the game from your account.

Our team will review your request and assist with the refund process.

Please note: We will only be able to offer a refund within two weeks of your purchase. We will also decline refund requests, after the game was used (Steam key activated or more than 2 hours of playtime for MY.GAMES store purchases).
