Connectivity issues

The game client requires a constant, stable connection to the game server for a comfortable gaming experience. If the connection is not stable enough, intermittent, or completely missing, you can experience the following symptoms:

  • The game does not start
  • Red Wi-Fi icon at the top of the screen
  • Server connection error messages
  • Error messages when loading data from the server

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

  1. Wait a bit, and then try again.
  2. Close the app, restart your device, reopen the game and check if the issue is resolved.

If you are on mobile data:

  1. If possible, insert the SIM card into another slot.
  2. Try to use a SIM card from another carrier to connect.
  3. Try using a Wi-Fi connection.

If you are using Wi-Fi:

  1. Disable and then re-enable Wi-Fi in the device settings.
  2. Reboot your router. After establishing a stable connection to the Wi-Fi network, check if the problem is still there.
  3. If the problem persists, please contact your ISP's support team.
