HOW TO FIND CORRECT ID

• Go to the War Robots: Frontiers website and click the “Log In” button.
• Select the most comfortable way for logging, and verify that your details are correct.
• Click on your nickname in the right upper corner of the page.
• Choose “Your Account” in the drop-down list.

On this page, you can find information about your account, such as:

 - the email address you use to log in;
 - your user ID;
 - your in-game nickname.

•  Copy your user ID and provide it to the Support team if you have any questions about your account.

 IMPORTANT: You need to log in and play one match to create an in-game profile. Otherwise, we won’t be able to find your account.
 
WHAT IF I PLAY FROM STEAM

Follow the same steps as described above.
 
Please pay attention to how you log in. It is necessary to choose Steam authorization. To make it easier, you can log into the Steam launcher beforehand, so you’ll only need to confirm that it’s your account on the login page of War Robots: Frontiers.
 
If you are logging in with an account created through a third party (i.e. Steam, PlayStation, Xbox), please make sure to click the account log-in option (do not sign in with email).
