Console accounts are not supported for Webshop purchases at this time. If you try to look up your account by Player ID, it will not be found — this is expected behavior, not a bug.

• To make purchases on PlayStation, please use the PlayStation Store directly through your console or use your PSN account.
• To make purchases on XBOX, you can use the in-game shop by opening the currency bank in the game interface, visit the Microsoft Store directly through your Xbox console, or use the Xbox Store website.
