Code of conduct violations

If you feel that a player has violated our policies, please report them to our Customer Support for investigation by creating a ticket from this article.

Attention! The accuracy of the provided data is checked by an automated system.

Please do not create tickets while the servers are offline.

It is very important for us that you comply with the following conditions in the request:

  1. A violation must be reported within 72 hours after witnessing it in-game.
  2. You must provide the correct in-game nickname of the offender. Also, only one offender can be reported per ticket.
  3. All reports within the "Griefing" category must have a video showing the violation (either as an attachment in .mp4 format, or a link to the uploaded video). All reports of other violations must have screenshots in .bmp, .png, .jpg or .jpeg format.

Otherwise, we may not be able to even start the investigation of the offender.

We also would like to remind you about the in-game report system. Not only does it allow you to quickly send a report on a potential abuser right from the match, but you can also receive an honorary stripe for being the most vigilant defender of the fair play!
