If you are experiencing any kind of issue with viewing ads in-game you may want to reset the Advertising ID on your device. Below is how it can be done on mobile devices.

For IOS:

Go to your device’s settings:
Tap on «Privacy», 
Tap on «Advertising», 
Tap on «Reset Advertising Identifier».

For Android:

Go to Google settings on your device:
Tap on «Ads»,
Tap on «Reset Advertising ID».

You may also want to clear the in-game cache. Before clearing the cache ensure that your Panzerdog ID is linked to your account. 

Go to the game menu:
Click/Tap «Settings»,  
Click/Tap «Developer»,
Click/Tap «Clear cache».
