Payment Issues

An error during payment may occur for various reasons. First, make sure there are no restrictions from your payment provider for the chosen method. Also check that you have sufficient funds and that the payment details are entered correctly. If the error persists, try using a different payment method.

If you’re still unable to complete the purchase with any available method, please contact Tacticool Support. Our team will do everything possible to assist you. In your request, include the following purchase details:

  • the item you tried to purchase
  • date and time of the payment attempt
  • a screenshot of the error that appears during payment
  • the details of the payment method you used
  • the Public ID of the Tacticool account from which the purchase was made
