Purchase Not Delivered to Account
Processing your purchase may take some time, usually up to 24 hours. If the items are not added to your game account immediately after payment, try fully restarting Tacticool: close the game, remove it from your device’s multitasking menu, and launch it again.
If the items are still missing, please contact Tacticool Support. Our team will help resolve the issue. In your request, include the following purchase details:
- the item you purchased
- date and time of purchase
- the Public ID of the Tacticool account where the purchase was made
- a screenshot of the payment details (store receipt, transaction number, etc.)
IMPORTANT: We must have a screenshot of the purchase receipt sent to you by the store.
If you’re using an Apple device: the receipt is sent to the email address linked to your Apple Account. You can also check your purchase history in your Apple Account settings directly on your device.
If you’re using an Android device: the receipt is sent to the email address linked to your Google Account. You can also check your purchase history in your Google Account settings.
