PLEASE NOTE: Deleting your personal data will remove all information linked to your account, including progress, achievements, and all in-game items (including those purchased with real money). Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered. You will only be able to start over with a new account. By requesting deletion, you confirm that you understand and agree to this.

You can delete your account yourself through the in-game settings if needed. You will need your account’s Public ID. To find it, tap your avatar in the main lobby to open your profile — the Public ID is shown there. To start the deletion process:

1. Open the game on your device and go to the side menu.
2. Tap SETTINGS.
3. Tap ACCOUNT.
4. From the list, tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
5. In the window that opens, enter your account’s Public ID.
6. Tap DELETE.

After you confirm, the account will be automatically deleted in 14 days.
