If You’ve Lost Access to Your Account

If you’ve completely lost access to your account, please contact Tacticool Support. Our team will help you recover your data.

Before we can begin the recovery process, we’ll need as much information as possible to confirm that you are the rightful owner of the account. Please include the following details in your request (they are required for account recovery):

  • the exact nickname and rating of the lost account
  • the account’s Public ID
  • the names of the devices you previously played on
  • the email address linked to your Panzerdog ID (if applicable)
  • screenshots of purchase receipts made on the account (App Store, Google Play, Tacticool Market, or the in-game Shop on the PC version)
