I'm experiencing a download/connection issue

If you encounter any issues while connecting to Skyforge, please try the following solutions to help test your network's connection on your Xbox console:
    - Open the Xbox One Dashboard,
    - Press the Menu and browse to Settings
    - Select Network,
    - At the Network Settings screen, test both the network connection and multiplayer connection,
    - Initiating these tests should inform you of any issues with your connection.
