Payment applied to the wrong server
If a payment has been made to the wrong server, please contact our Customer Support specialists for help!
Our team will be able to assist by manually transferring the content of the package to the proper server or simply refund the transaction back to the payment method that was used for the transaction.
The most common reason for a payment to be applied to the wrong server is by not having the proper server selected prior to checkout.
In order to prevent this from happening, double check the payment credentials and make sure to choose the correct server (NA/EU) before completing the transaction.
Please note: The server selection will default to the previous server the purchase was applied to. For example, if a previous purchase was selected for the Europe server, then the Europe server will be saved as default when making the next payment.
