End of the Season FAQ

1. My rewards for the season levels were not delivered to the mailbox after the season ended.

Please note that season level rewards are not delivered to your mailbox. It is one of the differences between seasons and events. This aspect has not changed since the very first season. If you did not collect all the rewards earned in the season, then you will not be able to receive them. Unfortunately, we do not provide compensations in this case.

2. Why was there no Legendary card/Magic Dust in the seasonal chest I received?

The rewards in seasonal chests depend on the highest league reached in the season. Chests up to League 6 contain Magic Dust, and after League 7 — a Legendary card.

3. I didn't receive the seasonal chest.

The player will not receive a seasonal chest if their rating has not changed during the season, that is, there has not been a single battle in PvP mode for trophies.
We would also like to note that the seasonal chest opens automatically when you first enter the game after the season change.
Please make sure you pay attention to this moment before submitting a support ticket.

4. Why did my league change and the number of trophies drop significantly?

Please note that at the beginning of each season, the trophies earned are adjusted (reset) according to a special formula.

5. I completed the season, but did not receive an additional reputation point.

To get a reputation point, you need to collect the rewards for all 103 levels in the current or last season. If you have not collected the reward for level 103, then the reputation point will not be added.
Reputation points for different seasons do not stack.
