The verification of the offer completion and the reward distribution is made by the partner advertising company. In order to check the status of the accepted offer and to contact the offerwall support team, follow the instruction below:

1. Open the offerwall section via the "Free crystals! - Tasks" button in the Crystals shop.
2. Press the button with three horizontal lines at the top of the screen and go to the "Reward Status" section;
3. Choose the offer you claim completion on.
4. Check the requirements of the offer again and make sure that you have fulfilled all of them. Note that most of the offers take approximately 15 min to process, but some of them may require more time.
5. Read the FAQ section thoroughly and learn about the possible reasons for the missing reward.
6. If the reward has not been received within a long time after the offer completion, scroll the page to the "Contact Support" section and select the desired task, then "Request Support";
7. In the browser window that opens, fill in all the necessary information and attach screenshots confirming the completion of the task;
8. Submit a ticket and save the ticket number you received.

Please keep in mind: 
- only completions that are approved by the advertiser will be rewarded;
- receiving a reward is possible only if you installed the app on your device for the first time;
- each offer may only be completed once. Additional attempts will not be rewarded.
