How do I restore my account?

We do not recommend creating more than one game account on the device. To save progress, connect your game to Facebook. 
If you have lost your account, contact us, and we will try to help you. 
 
To restore the account more quickly, the following information is required:
 
• the name of your account or its ID; 
• VIP level.
