How do I restore my account?
We do not recommend creating more than one game account on the device. To save progress, connect your game to My.Games profile in the game settings.
If you have lost your account, contact us, and we will try to help you.
To restore the account more quickly, the following information is required:
1. The name of your account or its ID;
2. VIP level.
3. Internet providers / mobile carrier service providers you used.
4. Cities and countries from which you accessed the game.
5. Model of the device the game account was created on and models of all devices that you played the game on afterwards (for example, Samsung Galaxy s4, iPhone 4 etc.).
