You can transfer game progress between devices by linking it to My.Games.

Firstly, link your account on the primary device:
1. Open the game on the device from which you want to transfer your account.
2. Go to the settings menu.
3. Press Link the account to save game progress.
4. Choose to enter with My.Games.
5. Follow the steps on the screen to link your account.

Then, take the new device and follow these steps:
1. Open the settings menu.
2. Press Link the account to save game progress.
3. Choose to enter with My.Games.
4. Enter with the same exact My.Games profile which you used to link your account on the previous device.
5. Confirm that you want to load another game account.
