The described situation is not a game error. The ad content provider we are partnered with may temporarily limit the number of ads available to you at its own discretion. It's the common feature of all advertising networks.

You can try to bypass the limit yourself in one of the following ways:

• Reset the advertising identifier in the device settings.
• Disable personalized ads in the device settings.

If that didn't help, you can only wait until more ads will be available to you.

Unfortunately, no compensation is applicable in such cases.
