Items/resources missing/not received

We care about our players and pay close attention to ensuring the safety of data stored on game servers. The probability of a software failure that can lead to the loss of an item/resources or a breakdown in the mechanism for their receipt is almost virtually impossible.

If you have the impression that any item/resource is missing or was not received, we advise you to first try to figure out the situation on your own:

  1. Restart the game app. Sometimes, due to connection problems, data may not display correctly.
  2. Try to remember the whole situation in great detail. It happens that actions are performed on autopilot. Because of this, you can accidentally break apart an item, or make a purchase which wasn't originally planned.
  3. Carefully review all items in your inventory, examine the resources in their respective storages. Compare that to what was happening in the game.
