If an ad freezes, shows a black screen, causes the game to freeze or crash, or you don’t receive a reward after watching it, please report the issue directly to the ad network that provides the video.

You can report the ad while it is playing. To do this, tap the ad network icon and select:

Report advertisement → Report

This will allow the ad network to receive information about the problematic ad and investigate the issue.
