Lost item/resources
If you believe that some of your items or resources were lost, please raise a ticket with our support service with a detailed description by following the link below. In your ticket please specify the following information:

Exact name for the item/resource type.

How many items/resources were lost.
If we are talking about the loss of an item, also provide us with the additional information:

Item's color, it's upgrade level.

Item's location (storage, inventory, equipped on character).

Number of its completed stars.

Overall number of stars.
