How can I transfer my character to another device?

Our game can be downloaded at:

  • Google Play Market
  • Apple Appstore
  • Amazon Appstore
  • Galaxy Store

In case you ever change your device and need to transfer your character between any of those, here are two ways you can do it.

Method 1.

 

I installed the game via Google Play Market on both devices:

  1. On the old device, navigate to the game settings, Profile tab, and press Connect (if you haven't yet).
  2. The game will use the Google account which is set by default in the Play Games app.
  3. On the new device, add the same Google account.
  4. In the Play Games app, choose the newly added account in the drop-down menu.
  5. Tap three dots at the top right corner and open Settings.
  6. Enable the "Log in using this account" parameter.
  7. Launch the game, and the character will load up automatically.

I installed the game via Apple Appstore on both devices:

  1. On the old device, navigate to the game settings, Profile tab, and press Connect (if you haven't yet).
  2. The game will use the Apple ID account you had logged into GameCenter (Settings - GameCenter).
  3. On the new device, log in under the same Apple ID account.
  4. Launch the game, and the character will load up automatically.

This method is more secure. It allows you to restore a character completely lost if you have previously linked it to Google or GameCenter. However, it only allows for transfer between either two Android devices, or two iOS devices.

Method 2.

 

  1. On your old device, navigate to Game Settings - Account.
  2. Under 'Move account' press 'To another device' - 'Get Code'
  3. On your new device, navigate to Game Settings - Account.
  4. Under 'Move account' press 'To your current device'
  5. Type in your game ID and generated code into the respective fields.
  6. Press 'Restore'. That's it!

This method allows you to transfer your account between any of the supported platforms, including devices without support for Google and Apple services

WARNING! The generated code is valid for 5 minutes only.

WARNING! DO NOT share your ID and generated code with other players! Providing access to your game account to third parties is a severe violation and might result in permanent suspension of your game account!

FAQ

 

- Can I play on different platforms simultaneously?
Yes, you can. However, game updates become available with a little delay across the supported platforms. When an update is being released, you might be able to log into the game on only one of your devices for some time - the one you have the newer version of the game on.

- Can I use Facebook and transfer my character?
No.

- What is going to happen to the new character?
It'll be replaced with your old one, but you'll be able to play it, too, if you have restored it on a third device.

- I lost access to my character and cannot transfer it by myself
