You can only restore your progress if it was linked to the social network account. If that's not the case you won't be able to retrieve it.

In order to restore your progress, please, follow these steps:

1. In the Start Menu tap button located in the lower left corner of the screen showing your current cloud storage status.
2. Sign in using just the same social network and user account in this social network which you have previously linked your game progress with.
3. Once this is done the system will identify you and offer you to restore your game progress. Tap ""Download saved file"" - ""Load Game"", type in ""Delete"" in the appeared field and select ""Continue"".

The game will reload itself. You will see starting menu where you need to tap ""Continue"". Now the restoration process is finished.
