If you encounter the following errors when launching the MY.GAMES Launcher, please follow the instructions below:

  - “Proven_ground.exe: Access Denied”
  - “Not Enough Resources”

Unfortunately, these errors are triggered by antivirus programs (specifically with McAfee). Please exit the MY.GAMES Launcher & disable any McAfee programs currently running on your computer. Then, reopen the MY.GAMES Launcher and hit Play to see whether the errors persist.
